Focus on managing and developing the ICQA team, improving processes and data quality, and coordinating cross-functional operational change.
Location: Hinckley, United Kingdom; on-site at the warehouse

What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day Purchasing, Communications, and Inventory functions.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, purchasing activity, and operational communications.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and communication systems, including related software and hardware.
- Monitor ICQA KPIs, analyse operational data, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Implement quality standards, controls, continuous improvement initiatives, and process changes.
- Coach and develop team members while collaborating with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory control, purchasing, quality assurance, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong experience in people management or team leadership.
- Experience with operational systems, data, processes, KPI management, and issue resolution.
- Ability to lead teams through changes to processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment and support compliance with quality and safety standards.
