Relationship Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and monitor direct-to-customer application pipelines across multiple channels.
• Discuss loan scenarios, structures, products, and policies with customers.
• Guide customers from initial enquiry through settlement while providing clear product education.
• Identify opportunities, conduct proactive follow-up, and convert enquiries into new business.
• Nurture customers who may use hirify.global's products in the future.
• Complete administrative tasks and additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven sales or customer service experience in financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment, property valuations, debt-servicing metrics, and short-term lending structures.
• Persistence, determination, initiative, and a solution-focused approach.
• Problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-performing team.
• Friendly and authentic relationship-building skills.
