Salary: $77,000 per year on a full-time schedule

What you will do
- Analyze large IT datasets to identify trends, patterns, defects, and sources of variation.
- Gather, structure, organize, and clean data for analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.
- Develop rigorous visualizations, data-driven insights, and compelling narratives for customer decision-making.
- Work with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and success criteria.
- Apply consulting, critical-thinking, project-scoping, and business decision-making skills to complex problems.
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Quantitative degree preferred, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as ASQ Six Sigma.
- Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
