Central Operations Associate

Location: On-site in Los Angeles or San Francisco, United States; periodic travel to other markets may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base salary per year.

hirify.global is a technology and logistics company building operational infrastructure for autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets across multiple U.S. markets.

What you will do

• Analyze driver feedback, retention, shift, and support data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, roll out, and measure initiatives that improve driver satisfaction, retention, and performance.
• Analyze vehicle, maintenance, claims, labor, and vendor spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build data-backed recommendations, present them to leadership, and own implementation through measurable results.
• Track central KPIs, savings targets, dashboards, reports, and operational trackers.
• Partner with market teams to scale successful initiatives and maintain playbooks and SOPs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar data-driven role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to interpret operational data.
• Experience turning analysis into implemented recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, empathy for frontline drivers, and a bias toward action.
• Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles or San Francisco and travel to markets periodically.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools.
