Analyst, Analytics (Automotive Finance)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; hybrid with an expectation to work onsite 2–3 days per week at hirify.global Headquarters. Candidates must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Frame business questions and uncover business needs for analytical work.
• Acquire, organize, manipulate, and clean data using coding skills.
• Perform data exploration, quantitative analysis, creative problem-solving, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop analytical solutions, dashboards, reports, and intuitive data visualizations.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to management and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement, monitor, and measure recommended actions across business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar quantitative STEM field.
• 1+ year of equivalent and relevant work experience.
• Relevant SQL coding experience; certain Analytics teams also use Python. Coding testing will be conducted during the interview process.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data acquisition, data manipulation, data cleaning, creative problem-solving, and quantitative problem-solving.
• Basic statistics knowledge.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to management and clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with others and working independently in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar quantitative STEM field.
• Background in auto finance or consumer lending.
• Intermediate to advanced statistics knowledge.
