Focus on reducing machine downtime, improving yield and efficiency, and leading continuous improvement projects in semiconductor pre-assembly manufacturing.

What you will do

Manage shift wafer saw production operations and coordinate production priorities and schedules.
Monitor production output, yield, machine performance, and equipment efficiency.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
Analyze manufacturing data, identify issues, and prepare production reports and KPIs.
Support operators and technicians while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Production teams.
Participate in improvement projects, production meetings, and continuous improvement workshops.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of manufacturing or semiconductor experience.
Experience with Wafer Saw or semiconductor pre-assembly processes.
Knowledge of production processes, problem-solving techniques, and production process control.
Knowledge of SPC, MES, SAP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
Strong analytical, communication, planning, organization, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
