Planning Clerk (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage production orders, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support timely production, change implementation, and customer order fulfillment.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify capacity or demand gaps.
• Support continuous improvement in supply chain planning and inventory control.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in production, material, or supply chain planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment involving frequent sitting, standing, walking, extended standing, and daily computer use.
• Ability to travel locally with a valid driver’s license and perform essential duties for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience with continuous improvement, planning, and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic English reading skills.
