Senior Supply Chain Excellence and S&OP Manager, ASEAN (Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation): Leading regional S&OP, capacity planning, supply management, and end-to-end efficiency initiatives across ASEAN with an accent on demand-supply synchronization, RCCP, inventory optimization, and digitalization. Focus on modeling capacity scenarios, improving forecast accuracy and service levels, and driving data-led transformation across a multi-country supply network.

What you will do
- Lead monthly regional S&OP cycles and align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on demand, supply, and capacity.
- Develop RCCP models, capacity projections, and base, upside, and downside scenarios to identify bottlenecks and guide strategic actions.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain improvement, cost reduction, KPI governance, and regional best-practice standardization.
- Lead digitalization and automation initiatives, including RCCP dashboards and data-led supply chain workflows.
- Optimize multi-echelon inventory, safety stock, lead times, purchasing, replenishment, and distribution strategy.
- Manage stakeholders across regional functions and external vendors while supporting strategic transformation projects.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of supply chain management experience, including at least 4 years leading S&OP, production planning, or supply chain excellence initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of Master Production Scheduling, shop-floor constraints, RCCP, and factory execution.
- Experience managing complex multi-country operations, ideally across ASEAN.
- Advanced data modeling and supply chain analytics skills, with strong strategic communication and stakeholder influence.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, digitalization, process optimization, and change management projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; MBA or APICS CSCP/CPIM or PMP certification is preferred.
