What you will do
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer and network inquiries.
- Ensure shipment data is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Manage EDI transmissions and maintain the integrity of internal and external reporting.
- Use reports, dashboards, and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions.
- Provide visibility into performance and process exceptions across the network.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, data science, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- One year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is preferred.
- Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics, such as IATA/FIATA or university and specialist certifications, are preferred.
