AusPEX Field Support Representative (FSR)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for AusPEX users, providing technical support and operational guidance.
• Coordinate support requests, troubleshoot issues, validate bugs, resolve incidents, and recommend enhancements.
• Deliver instructor-led training courses and user workshops for Defence personnel.
• Develop and maintain training programs, courseware, technical documentation, release notes, and user guides.
• Support requirements gathering, business analysis, testing, deployments, and system configuration.
• Work with operational units, Defence representatives, capability managers, and hirify.global engineering teams to improve AusPEX.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within or alongside the Australian Defence Force.
• Strong proficiency in PEX or equivalent Currency Management Software, including at least one specialisation.
• Experience delivering training, conducting assessments, and developing training programs and assessment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Active Australian Government NV1 Defence Security Clearance or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Aviation experience in aircrew, operations, or maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in technical writing, business analysis, systems testing, or requirements development.
• Defence industry experience, particularly in aviation.
