Technical Associate (Marine Electronics)

Location: Coomera, Australia; on-site engagements are required.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2+ technical support by phone, email, and through on-site engagements.
• Diagnose and resolve marine electronics, system, and installation issues across MFDs, radar, power systems, and digital switching.
• Support dealers, OEMs, and installers with troubleshooting, warranty, and service processes.
• Create technical documentation and training materials while contributing to process improvements.
• Partner with sales, operations, and product teams and act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for the APAC service team.
• Mentor and develop junior talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marine, RV, or related technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of marine electronics, electrical systems, and system integration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Customer-focused communication skills, attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work in or support on-site engagements in Coomera, Australia.
