What you will do

  • Support hirify.global Credit Risk Manager, hirify.global Risk Analytics Manager, and hirify.global Enterprise Risk Hub applications in production.
  • Install application release updates and manage changes to live systems.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and perform general troubleshooting.
  • Own operational processes and data structures for supported applications.
  • Provide basic Microsoft Windows and SQL Server administration.
  • Lead SRE projects and collaborate with Client Experience and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

  • Experience supporting the hirify.global Credit Risk Manager application.
