What you will do

• Own key parts of the monthly financial close and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Safeguard the integrity of financial reporting through effective controls.
• Set up financial processes and controls for new entities and support audit readiness.
• Design and build hirify.global's control framework.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance processes, including AI-enabled improvements.
• Partner with external auditors and turn financial data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or external audit.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience improving and standardizing processes in an unstructured, fast-changing environment.
• Interest in automation and AI tools for improving efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and clear communication.
• Comfort working with product, commercial, leadership, and other cross-functional teams.
