What you will do
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in a multicurrency environment.
- Manage internal and external reporting, including lender reporting packages and coordination with FP&A.
- Lead the external audit process, preparing audited financial statements and PBC documentation.
- Implement and manage the internal control framework to ensure operational precision.
- Develop global accounting policies and oversee global close governance.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of Netsuite ERP and other financial systems.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant, preferably with Big 4 or national audit firm experience.
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a global, PE-backed company.
- Experience managing consolidation processes in a multicurrency environment.
- Deep understanding of Dutch GAAP / IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven experience building or improving finance processes in a growing international organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with Netsuite ERP.
- Knowledge of sales tax, income tax, and transfer pricing.
