What you will do

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in a multicurrency environment.
• Manage internal and external reporting, including lender reporting packages and coordination with FP&A.
• Lead the external audit process, preparing audited financial statements and PBC documentation.
• Implement and manage the internal control framework to ensure operational precision.
• Develop global accounting policies and oversee global close governance.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of Netsuite ERP and other financial systems.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant, preferably with Big 4 or national audit firm experience.
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a global, PE-backed company.
• Experience managing consolidation processes in a multicurrency environment.
• Deep understanding of Dutch GAAP / IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven experience building or improving finance processes in a growing international organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite ERP.
• Knowledge of sales tax, income tax, and transfer pricing.
