Consulting Delivery (Health & Benefits)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Gather, organise, enter, and analyse data for client projects.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective client service.
• Handle client and member queries by phone and in writing within service level agreements.
• Attend client meetings and support continuous improvement across the team.
• Quality-check work completed by junior colleagues and act as a training and technical referral point.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, numerical ability, and excellent organisation.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work from the Birmingham office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Group Risk, including Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, or Critical Illness.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
• Industry-recognised qualifications.
