Strategy & Operations Associate (Clinical)

Location: London HQ / London Bridge, United Kingdom; hybrid attendance 3 days per week with onsite work specified

What you will do

• Drive strategic projects across clinical operations, including process improvement, resource planning, and scaling new care models.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and operational opportunities, then translate findings into recommendations.
• Design and implement processes that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Commercial, Clinical, and operational leadership teams to align and execute initiatives.
• Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for clinical operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Proactive, resourceful approach and comfort working in ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London Bridge, with attendance 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
