S&O Associate/Senior Associate (Healthcare Operations)

Location: London, United Kingdom. The role is based in London Bridge, with onsite work and three office days per week.

What you will do

• Set up operational teams in newly launched countries, including workflows, organizational structures, processes, tools, and staffing.
• Work with customer care, medical, commercial, product, and operational leadership teams to launch new markets.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, then provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Design scalable operating processes that maintain quality and patient care during rapid growth.
• Own KPI tracking and performance reporting for newly launched markets.
• Create repeatable playbooks and support teams in-market during critical launch phases, including occasional travel.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or a similar analytical and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Availability for occasional travel to support new country launches in-market.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
