Strategy & Operations Associate (Patient Experience)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid role based in London Bridge three days a week

What you will do

• Drive strategic operations projects, including process improvement, resource planning, and scaling new care models.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Commercial, Clinical, and operational stakeholders to align and execute initiatives.
• Design and implement processes that improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for Patient Experience operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, self-starting approach with a bias to action.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and a rapidly evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
