Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; onsite role. Schedule: 9/80. U.S. citizenship is required, and the position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
Salary: $32.73 per hour; final compensation may vary based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do
- Read and interpret test procedures, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, process flows, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
- Test and troubleshoot circuit card assemblies, module assemblies, cables, and integrated systems.
- Diagnose digital, analog, and RF electronics to the component level using oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly, including hand soldering, verification, validation, and self-inspection.
- Record and report production data in SAP while following safety, quality, and ESD-control procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process improvement, product quality, and cost reduction.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least two years of formal electronic technology training; alternatively, four or more years of experience assembling or testing electronic components.
- Experience with electronic assembly, hand soldering, self-inspection, ESD protection, and component-level circuit troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret complex assembly drawings, electrical diagrams, schematics, process flows, BOMs, and technical manuals.
- In-depth knowledge of IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001, with the ability to obtain IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 certifications within the required attempts.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and ability to sit or stand for long periods.
Nice to have
- IPC J-STD-001 or similar industry-standard soldering certification.
- Four or more years of experience in a high-tech electronics or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience identifying solder bridges, insufficient solder, missing components, and similar defects.
