ICT Operator II (Electronics Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates an electronics manufacturing environment producing and testing printed circuit board assemblies.

What you will do

• Operate in-circuit test equipment to test and verify printed circuit board assemblies.
• Analyze test failures, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate recurring product, process, or equipment issues.
• Document test results, failure data, production metrics, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records in SAP and related systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure products meet quality and performance requirements before advancing to the next operation.
• Support continuous improvement, root-cause investigations, cross-training, and changing production requirements.
• Maintain ESD, safety, quality, 5S, and manufacturing standards in an organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of electronic components, PCBAs, manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Knowledge of ESD control procedures and safe handling practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, handle electronic assemblies, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• Technical certification in electronics, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ICT, functional testing, or automated manufacturing test equipment.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing, SAP or similar ERP systems, SPC, and manufacturing quality systems.
