Associate GTM Recruiter

Location: New York City, New York, United States; Remote

Salary: USD 90,000–110,000 per year in New York City and San Francisco, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Source exceptional talent across the GTM organization, initially focusing on post-sales and accounting and finance roles.
• Research companies, teams, and talent markets to identify strong candidates and understand their motivations.
• Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach and engage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Own a small candidate funnel from initial screens through interviews.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve candidate evaluation and talent judgment.
• Experiment with sourcing channels and strategies, using data and feedback to improve results.

• Interest in becoming exceptional at recruiting and a competitive, curious, proactive approach.
• Ability to research talent markets and identify candidates others may miss.
• Ability to communicate with candidates and keep them engaged through the interview process.
• Ability to use data and feedback to evaluate and improve recruiting strategies.
