What you will do

• Use hirify.global tools, metrics, and datasets to answer client business questions.
• Analyze retail measurement and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Develop category and market expertise to deliver relevant insights and solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define analytical approaches and clarify project requirements.
• Translate complex data into clear stories, visualizations, presentations, reports, and category performance reviews.
• Identify project risks, support business issue analyses, and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Ability to learn analytical methodologies, business processes, and new technologies quickly while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Additional local language proficiency for relevant markets.
