Senior Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma): Leading end-to-end process improvement and cost-saving projects in a manufacturing environment with an accent on LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and SQDC+ KPI improvement. Focus on applying structured problem-solving methods, developing digital solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and AI, and driving enterprise-wide operational excellence.
Location: Onsite in Hanoi City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end cost-saving and continuous improvement projects focused on SQDC+ KPIs, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
- Plan and facilitate Kaizen events using A3 Problem Solving, 5S, SMED, VSM/Makigami, TPM, Standard Work, KANBAN, and DMAIC.
- Collaborate with Global and Center of Excellence teams on capacity improvement, Hoshin Kanri, strategic projects, and best-practice deployment.
- Train, mentor, and coach employees on LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies, while leading assessments and improvement programs.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, visual management standards, reporting practices, and digital applications for process optimization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, global teams, suppliers, and vendors on project sponsorship, implementation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement projects in automation, digitalization, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of LEAN concepts, tools, and methodologies, with experience planning and delivering training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, data, communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
- Good English and computing skills, with an independent, structured, flexible, and open-minded working style.
- Availability to work onsite in Hanoi City, Vietnam.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience designing, developing, or maintaining digital applications.
- Experience as an Operational or Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator.
