Director, Customer Success Engineering, Netsec (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in Plano, Texas; Arlington, Virginia; and Santa Clara, California.

Salary: $227,300–$311,850 per year, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Define and execute Customer Success strategy for SASE and NGFW, focusing on time-to-value, adoption, and net retention.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Customer Success Engineers across SASE and NGFW.
• Develop customer lifecycle playbooks covering implementation handoffs, executive business reviews, and renewals.
• Establish KPIs including churn rate, NPS/CSAT, health scores, and expansion pipeline.
• Act as executive sponsor for enterprise accounts and manage at-risk customers through coordinated recovery plans.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence product roadmaps and support account growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Professional Services within SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of SASE components, including SD-WAN, CASB, and ZTNA, as well as NGFW technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise networking, and complex enterprise customer portfolios.
• Strong communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA and certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, or PCNSE are preferred.
