Senior Director, Technical Program Management

Location: Bellevue Skyline Office, Bellevue, Washington, United States

Annual salary: $192,000–$384,000 in Bellevue; $208,000–$416,000 in Sunnyvale. Additional performance bonuses and possible stock compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs across multiple teams in alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Define program frameworks, identify synergies, eliminate redundancies, and optimize resources.
• Align stakeholders on business and technology solutions while managing dependencies and performance challenges.
• Oversee system design and architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, standards-compliant solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying industry best practices and automation.
• Communicate program status and risks to executives and cross-functional partners while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field and 8 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale strategic programs and projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and executive levels.
• Technical expertise in system design, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management.
• Experience with risk management, resource optimization, and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and team-development skills.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related specialization.
• Experience with product design, supervision, WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility.
