What you will do

• Design marketing materials for email campaigns, affiliate marketing, paid social media, homepage, site graphics and other channels.
• Create original graphic designs and layouts for diverse marketing applications.
• Select typography, imagery and design elements to produce clear, cohesive visual compositions.
• Use AI-driven tools for creative conceptualization, ideation and design process enhancement.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines across visual assets.
• Collaborate with Site Operations and use performance analytics to improve campaign and social media creative.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience creating content and materials for sports or activewear apparel.
• Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Availability for an onsite Monday–Friday schedule during core business hours.
