Senior Analyst (Supply Chain Analytics)

What you will do

• Design and manage advanced analytics models and tooling for inventory levels, procurement, and fulfillment operations.
• Develop and improve Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR, and FC WBR tools, increasing automation and reducing reporting errors.
• Build predictive models for inventory and fulfillment metrics at least one year in advance.
• Provide data-driven decision support for inventory management and explain business drivers using financial impact rather than count metrics alone.
• Optimize fulfillment center labor planning and operations by predicting daily operational metrics such as OTS and labor spend.
• Partner with Site Directors, FP&A, inventory management, and other stakeholders while mentoring entry-level analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience with Python or R scripting.
• Experience building SQL queries.
• Experience with Excel.
