Senior Business Analyst (Risk & Data)

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in Houston and San Antonio, Texas.

hirify.global is an energy industry company operating a Middle Office organization focused on risk oversight, performance measurement, data, reporting, and governance.

What you will do

• Partner with Middle Office stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for risk, performance measurement, data, and reporting capabilities.
• Act as the primary liaison between Middle Office stakeholders and Digital teams.
• Facilitate process reviews, requirements workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Partners, and Digital teams.
• Document business processes, workflows, business rules, data requirements, and reporting needs.
• Participate in testing, business readiness, adoption, and delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams.
• Experience with Commercial, Energy Trading, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain functions.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and enterprise reporting tools.
