Technical Producer II - League of Legends, Tech & Tools

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production, operations, and development processes for the League Engine team.
• Manage product backlogs, delivery, work systems, execution, and visibility into complex deliverables.
• Improve team performance metrics, goal setting, development efficiency, and process standardization.
• Assess team health and composition while maintaining a sustainable pace through changing requirements.
• Evaluate roadmap feasibility and partner with product and engineering leaders to define scope and timelines.
• Mentor developers on production practices and collaborate across teams and disciplines.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team leadership skills and the ability to execute a technical product vision.
• Experience with Agile and Lean development processes, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, including its configuration and limitations.
• Ability to manage complex partner relationships and maintain alignment across multiple development teams.

Nice to have

• Game development experience and an understanding of how artists, engineers, and game designers build assets and features.
• Experience shipping or operating a live-service game.
• Familiarity with Riot Games and League of Legends.
