Senior Producer - Pillar (AAA Games)

Location: Montreal, Canada; full-time role with an in-person interview potentially required at an hirify.global location.

What you will do

• Own the product pillar delivery plan and translate priorities into milestone and production-gate commitments.
• Partner with the Product Owner, craft leadership, pod leads, and production leadership on scope, sequencing, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate Associate Producers across pods and align dependencies with other pillars and the broader project roadmap.
• Represent the pillar in executive and stakeholder reviews, presenting progress, risks, trade-offs, and key decisions.
• Track scope, capacity, dependencies, risks, validation criteria, and delivery confidence across the pillar.
• Improve pillar-level planning, coordination, issue escalation, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AAA game production or related production roles on complex, large-scale projects.
• Experience with live games, UGC, evolving game ecosystems, and close collaboration with Game Design teams.
• Advanced JIRA expertise, including workflows, dashboards, and production pipelines.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and their applications in game development.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and strategic and tactical planning skills.
• Ability to adapt and operate effectively in evolving production environments.

Nice to have

• Porting or mobile development experience.
• Experience managing technical pipelines, scalable systems, or complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Working knowledge of design, engineering, art, QA, or technical art.
• Experience with external development, outsourcing, or co-development partners.
• Experience combining Agile execution with milestone- and gate-based production planning.
