Director, Program Delivery (Video Games)

What you will do

• Build, lead, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers supporting the studio portfolio.
• Set the strategic direction, operating model, governance, reporting, and tooling for Technology Program Delivery.
• Own executive-level communication on program health, risks, delivery commitments, and portfolio priorities.
• Partner with Technology, Studio, Publishing, Analytics, Global Services, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to resolve cross-functional roadblocks.
• Manage staffing, hiring, performance development, workload balancing, and career growth for the team.
• Own shared services and platform roadmap delivery while serving as the escalation point for complex risks and stakeholder conflicts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, technical production, or engineering leadership.
• Experience managing or leading program or project managers and building a program management function.
• Demonstrated success with executive relationships, program reporting, risk communication, and strategic alignment.
• Experience establishing program management processes, governance, and reporting standards.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across departments and organizational levels.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Video game development knowledge, including experience shipping AAA titles.
• Agile experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
