BIM Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards, workflows, information requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Lead BIM teams, coordinators, modellers, suppliers, and contractors through resource planning, training, technical guidance, and performance management.
• Manage Common Data Environment workflows, information management, document control, naming conventions, revision control, approvals, and data exchange.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary 3D models across civil, infrastructure, signalling, and engineering disciplines, including model federation, clash detection, and BIM quality assurance.
• Coordinate design interfaces, engineering requirements, clearances, equipment and cable coordination, and resolution of BIM-related issues.
• Support 4D BIM, quantity take-off, BOQ reconciliation, asset information management, as-built models, and BIM handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, or a related industry, including 3 years in BIM coordination, BIM management, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering BIM on complex infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, model coordination, CDE, information management, quality control, clash detection, and information exchange.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering models, stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Native Thai and very good English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with 4D BIM, quantity take-off, asset information, or digital handover.
• Experience in railway, metro, signalling, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
