Automation Maintenance Team Leader (Production)

Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong, Thailand; onsite production role

What you will do

• Lead and support Autonomous Maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and operator ownership.
• Coordinate between Production and Engineering to resolve equipment and process issues.
• Monitor downtime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Participate in deviation investigations, change control, equipment qualification, TLA, Kaizen, and sustainability programs.
• Maintain SOPs and technical documentation, and deliver training and coaching to operators and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical-device, FMCG, or another regulated industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, equipment maintenance, reliability improvement, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of cGMP, ISO 13485, EHS, and applicable medical-device and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including 5 Why, Fishbone, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and provide technical training and knowledge transfer.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Autonomous Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, maintenance engineering, equipment reliability, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with engineering or maintenance management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
