Aircraft Simulation Support Engineer

Location: Bangkok Area, Thailand

hirify.global Defence and Space provides aircraft simulation support for customers developing and operating training devices for hirify.global aircraft programs.

What you will do

• Answer customer technical queries related to aircraft simulation.
• Coordinate aircraft system malfunction definitions, specifications, data package production, and support activities with hirify.global design offices, training device manufacturers, and training policy experts.
• Specify, develop, and validate aircraft systems simulation documents for flight and maintenance training.
• Define malfunction documentation and support operational documentation for training simulators across hirify.global aircraft programs.
• Participate in safety management activities with training and flight operations support.
• Lead or support improvement projects and monitor aircraft modifications affecting simulation deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in aeronautical engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with aircraft systems and/or aircraft simulators.
• Advanced English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in an international, multifunctional environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, conflict-management, customer-service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
