Senior Pre-Projects Leader - Automation

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional pre-project teams across automation, electrical, and digital scopes.
• Capture customer requirements and translate them into conceptual designs, solution configurations, and automation and digital scopes.
• Develop and present automation and digital solutions during pre-project and sales phases.
• Benchmark supplier quotations, validate automation architectures, and ensure technical compliance.
• Prepare technical descriptions, responsibility matrices, equipment specifications, and proposal details.
• Manage multiple pre-projects while aligning sales, engineering, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Process Control, or a related field.
• Preferably eight or more years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, AVEVA, and Ignition platforms, with a good understanding of MES systems.
• Good understanding of IT and OT technologies, including networking, connectivity, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical automation and production solutions.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with web application development using .NET C#, HTML, Java, or Web Services.
• Knowledge of hirify.global PlantMaster, ISA 88, ISA 95, or Packaging Integration solutions.
• Local language skills.
