Project Leader (Food Processing)

Food processing and packaging solutions provider supporting the development, testing, and manufacturing transition of new food products.

What you will do

• Plan and execute customer new-product trials at the pilot plant.
• Coordinate customers and support the transition from research and development to manufacturing.
• Manage internal and external product projects, including resources, risks, and delivery.
• Monitor and record process controls for plant equipment.
• Perform physicochemical, chemical, and microbiological analytical testing.
• Manage trial-related raw materials and finished-product logistics, including import/export documentation and Thai FDA compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in food technology, dairy technology, or biotechnology.
• 8–15 years of experience in the food or dairy processing industry, including commercial or pilot UHT plants.
• Experience in new product development and dairy or beverage categories.
• Knowledge of aseptic food processing and UHT technology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Thai FDA regulations and import requirements.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills required.
