Finance Business Partner (International Finance)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end regional P&L, ensuring sales, costs, and profitability are accurate and understood.
• Partner with finance, business, marketing, and senior leadership stakeholders to improve performance and maximise international investment returns.
• Report weekly sales and prepare monthly country-level forecasts covering full-price and markdown performance.
• Support twice-yearly budgeting and develop views of future business performance.
• Build commercial models to evaluate international opportunities and support business decisions.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified or part-qualified.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Analytical and commercially minded approach with the ability to turn numbers into clear insight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and self-motivation in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other advanced data architecture tools.
