Principal Recruitment Consultant (US Market)

Location: London HQ, hybrid setup at the Moorgate office, with 2 days working from home and flexible hours.

What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic client relationships within the US technology market.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage full 360 end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Deliver against complex and multi-hire client requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate networks across Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, and AI markets.
• Support delivery standards and mentor less experienced consultants.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• A consistent billing track record in recruitment.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships across Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced consultants.
• Strong commercial awareness, sales ability, and the capacity to operate in a high-performance environment.
