What you will do

• Investigate failures and unexpected behaviour in electronic and mechatronic products used in production and by customers.
• Perform structured failure analysis, identify root causes and translate findings into clear conclusions.
• Test, measure and troubleshoot products and components using a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality specialists to resolve recurring technical issues.
• Support short-term containment solutions and identify improvements for product reliability, production processes and future designs.
• Document investigations and communicate findings while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or a comparable technical discipline.
• Structured and analytical approach to technical problems, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Practical mindset and interest in working directly with technical products and equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish symptoms from underlying causes.
• Good written and spoken English, proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Interest in electronics, mechatronics and product reliability, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
