Risk Analyst (Catastrophe Risk)

Salary: $72,000–$77,000 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Perform sophisticated risk analyses using hirify.global's catastrophe and risk modeling technology.
• Respond to client questions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Design and deliver training for new and existing clients across hirify.global's solutions.
• Manage consulting studies, client projects, timelines, deliverables, and onboarding activities.
• Support model and product change management, including workflow design and interpretation of model results.
• Provide technical and pre-sales support, contribute client feedback to product development, and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework in mathematics, actuarial science, business, computer science, or a related area.
• Ability to analyze data using analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and apply proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, results orientation, and client service focus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.

• Fluency in Spanish.
