Digital Marketing Manager (Coatings, Inks & Adhesives)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, US

Salary: $98,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic traditional and digital marketing plans for coatings, inks, and adhesives products.
• Partner with product, industry, business development, technology, and supplier stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted strategies.
• Define customer segments, target markets, applications, and account lists using market research, CRM data, SEO/AEO insights, and sales-funnel performance.
• Create technical and commercial content and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, email, paid media, social media, and web platforms.
• Monitor marketing and sales metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversion rates, leads, opportunities, and revenue.
• Prepare supplier-facing presentations and performance reports, identify funnel issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, technical sales, market analysis, or a related commercial role.
• Strong proficiency with PC and Windows operating systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid media, social media, and web platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret market, customer, and sales data and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
