Technical Production Engineer (Electrical Cabinets)

What you will do

• Manage the electrical cabinet order-processing lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Verify circuit diagrams and bill of materials requirements for feasibility and material planning.
• Plan work orders and coordinate material flow from purchasing through electrical cabinet assembly.
• Monitor production status and provide updates to management and machine production teams.
• Resolve technical and quality issues to support on-time delivery within scope and quality requirements.
• Maintain production documentation, facility readiness, equipment condition, and operational excellence practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in complex industrial equipment or electrical panel manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, especially material planning and production modules.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English is required for cooperation with management and cross-functional departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams across sites, including the Germany headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-line diagrams, circuit diagrams, and drive systems such as Siemens or AMK.
• Previous production-planning experience.
