Data Architect (Travel)

hirify.global’s Data & Analytics team designs and implements modern data and analytics solutions for mid-sized and large organizations, operating remotely across multiple R&D centers.

What you will do

• Design and guide the implementation of robust data solutions for travel-focused organizations.
• Communicate directly with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Explain architectural decisions and provide technical direction to development teams.
• Lead solution delivery from project requirements and goals through go-live.
• Guide clients through complex data transformation initiatives and assess solution architecture.
• Participate in the full sales cycle, including pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering, or experience completing 5–10 projects.
• Background in Data Governance and Data Management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with data warehouse and data platform technologies such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills, including designing, writing, and maintaining complex queries.
• Experience in the Travel domain, data pipelines, ETL, data modeling, data quality, metadata management, data warehouse and data lake patterns, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of sales engineering or consulting roles.
• Familiarity with value propositions in Data & Analytics sales.
