VP, Enterprise Product Management - Enterprise Integration & Platform Modernization

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; based in Missouri. Travel up to 25%.

Salary: $207,000–$392,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Enterprise Integration and Common Core platform portfolio.
• Establish enterprise integration standards, standardized data models, event-driven architectures, observability capabilities, and reusable platform services.
• Define multi-year transformation roadmaps, prioritize investments, and develop business cases and value realization plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across products, initiatives, business lines, data capabilities, platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead cross-functional governance, delivery planning, requirements management, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Drive enterprise adoption, operational readiness, stabilization, optimization, lifecycle management, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise product management.
• Experience aligning business, operations, technology, data, governance, and performance management across complex organizations.
• Ability to translate business strategy, user needs, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations into prioritized and testable product requirements.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and travel up to 25%.
