Accreditation Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; preferred schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time. U.S. work authorization is required without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop performance improvement projects to improve clinical quality and performance measure outcomes.
• Develop delegation oversight mechanisms and act as a liaison with Corporate Delegation Oversight.
• Maintain accreditation readiness schedules and create policies and procedures supporting accreditation activities.
• Conduct training and education for health plans, provider networks, and delegated vendors on NCQA and HEDIS activities.
• Develop QI, NCQA, and HEDIS projects and coordinate assigned work-plan activities.
• Assist with delegation oversight audits and coordinate corrective action plans to support compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, HEDIS, and/or NCQA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to work remotely within the continental United States.
• Ability to support compliance with state, federal, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
