  • Run vibration, burn-in, thermal-cycle, and other performance tests that simulate in-service conditions.
  • Interpret work orders, engineering drawings, test procedures, manuals, failure reports, and production specifications.
  • Prepare electrical and physical calculations, adjust equipment, and document test results.

  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn test software and equipment, identify non-conforming conditions, work across multiple software systems, and provide analytical feedback.
  • Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required; the role is subject to ITAR and may require a government security investigation and eligibility for classified information access.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, manufacturing costs, and distribution techniques.
  • Associate degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology, or equivalent experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work in a regulated manufacturing environment using Lean manufacturing practices.
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance beginning the first day of the month.
  • 15 days of paid time off and 12 paid holidays annually.
