Global Solutions Director - Front of House

What you will do

• Own and scale the global value proposition and go-to-market strategy for Front of House, concierge, reception, and workplace experience services.
• Lead enterprise solution design from opportunity assessment and due diligence through commercial proposals and closing.
• Combine white-glove hospitality expertise with workplace technologies such as conference room booking and visitor management platforms.
• Lead client pitches, C-level presentations, executive steering, and commercial alignment across MSAs, SOWs, and LOIs.
• Coordinate with operations, business development, account leadership, technology teams, vendors, and software partners.
• Govern implementations, maintain operational benchmarks, drive continuous improvement, and build reusable knowledge resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing teams in strategic service lines or sectors.
• Experience delivering strategic solutions and translating consulting strategy into operational delivery in complex environments.
• Strong operations, financial analysis, commercial negotiation, and contracting experience, including MSAs, SOWs, and LOIs.
• Experience leading outsourcing projects, influencing senior cross-functional teams, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Nice to have

• White-glove concierge, reception, event management, or workplace experience expertise.
• Experience winning enterprise accounts in law firms and financial institutions.
• Experience designing workplace technology solutions, including room reservation tools, visitor management software, and workplace apps.
• Experience pitching, closing, and scaling multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts.
• MS Project or Project Server certification.
