Director of Capital Markets and Strategic Finance (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $280,000–$315,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building a multi-silicon neocloud for fast, efficient AI inference by combining large-scale compute infrastructure with an execution platform that maps AI workloads to suitable hardware.

What you will do

• Develop and execute debt capital markets strategies for GPU- and asset-backed facilities, equipment financing, SPVs, project structures, revolving facilities, and lease financing.
• Lead financing transactions from lender outreach and diligence through structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closing.
• Build relationships with lenders, private credit and infrastructure funds, equipment lessors, financing advisors, and institutional capital providers.
• Own capital-structure and deployment models covering capacity scenarios, unit economics, covenant headroom, cost of capital, liquidity, and returns.
• Underwrite data center and compute commitments and evaluate customer contracts, leases, strategic arrangements, and risk-allocation structures.
• Lead lender and investor reporting, support strategic capital transactions, and evaluate corporate development opportunities such as partnerships, data center leases, and asset acquisitions.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in structured finance, project or infrastructure finance, leveraged finance, private credit, debt capital markets, or an in-house capital-markets role.
• Track record of structuring and executing complex debt or asset-backed financing transactions.
• Experience negotiating term sheets, credit agreements, and other financing documentation with legal counsel.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills covering capital structures, contractual economics, risk allocation, and investment returns.
• Executive presence and experience representing a company with lenders, investors, advisors, and institutional counterparties.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build processes in a fast-moving environment, and communicate effectively at board and executive levels.

Nice to have

• Experience financing data centers, GPU fleets, compute infrastructure, or other capital-intensive assets.
• Experience with equipment facilities, project finance, structured credit, securitization, sale-leasebacks, or contracted-revenue financing.
• Background at a data center operator, neocloud, hyperscaler, AI infrastructure company, or energy and power business.
• Experience with growth-equity fundraises, strategic capital transactions, data center leases, power contracting, or large-scale hardware procurement.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
