Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: San Jose, California, USA; hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global for Business P&L from direct customer sales through contribution margin.
• Prepare OpEx reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and financial performance reviews.
• Build and evolve long-term financial planning models, coordinating inputs from Services, Category Marketing, Operations, and regional finance teams.
• Cascade global targets to regions, establish performance metrics, and track execution against strategic objectives.
• Lead pricing analytics, scenario modeling, productivity and investment analysis, and business cases for launches and new opportunities.
• Manage purchase order receiving, accruals, budget trackers, internal audit reporting, and financial policy education.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion Essbase, Analplan, Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, or other BI systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting B2B, hardware, technology, IT, or FMCG businesses.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA certification.
• Knowledge of database relationship structures and experience working with globally distributed teams.
