Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP - Hybrid (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Exton, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite clinical days and remote administrative hours; availability is required after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $72,500–$145,000 USD annually, depending on the employment track.

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and medication management for patients ages 2–26.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers about care options.
• Monitor progress and safety, adjusting treatment plans and intervening when concerns arise.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists, specialists, and clinical leaders on integrated care plans.
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, clinical consultation, supervision, and peer support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program and active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority required.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience with children and adolescents under licensure.
• Availability for core hours after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Experience with EMR systems, Google Suite, and virtual telehealth platforms.
